And I think that Dan (or someone) pointed out that Erage does *not* default
to HTML. So point number two is gone. As for point number 1, I consider
myself to be included in "most" people and I know I am stupid about some
things, but that was a rude comment and I *do* know how to format papers,
books, brochures, etc. when necessary... FWIW.
