Sure, let's jump to extremes - you don't really get the point, do you, or do
you never receive 'well-meaning' spam mail from inane marketing depts?

a) It can be done correctly, and well with text.
b) Give stupid people enough rope and they will flood your mailbox with
junk-mail... but, hey, it's visual and pretty, so that makes it okay..?

Seriously, the principal problem right now is:

* Most people are stupid.
* Entourage defaults to HTML by default.
* Entourage renders HTML like a snail.
* Most people are stupid and can't format anything.

The first and last are insurmountable and feed of the center two.
