Those scripts are quite difficult to use and limited in scope. At
AppleScript central, you will find
Export/Import E-OL2K
which is much more versatile, with much better and easier importing and
exporting all taken care of for you by the scripts. They handle virtually
all the fields, categories, etc. etc. whereas the script you were looking
for does only a limited number of contact fields and makes you open up the
script in a script editor. (It's at the Unofficial OE page if you're
determined to use it.)
Both these scripts handle only contacts. I'm working on a Calendar
Export/Import script as well. For messages, get an IMAP account (free at
mac.com), copy your message folders to the IMAP server, and access it from
both Outlook and Entourage.
