Why complain here, Carsten? Write to Erik Barzeski at ASC, as he says to.
It's his crappy hosting site for downloads, not ASC itself. He seems to
think that if enough people complain, somebody will fix it. Frankly, I don't
understand the logic (if they can fix it, why haven't they done so already?
ergo, they can't fix it), and wish he would just find a different hosting
site. But, even if that's a possibility, the best way to get it done is to
send Erik the complaints. I don't have too much trouble there myself, but I
gather lots of people do. It's no good if people stop going there because
they're fed up, so I hope something is done. I think part of the problem is
its success: lots of people trying to download at once.
