What does the Date header say (View->Source)? It should look something like
so:

> Date: Sun, 13 May 2001 01:36:03 +0000

Which is the Date as put on the email by the SENDER'S email client. The
above message (was from Ram Ray) indicates it was sent on Sunday 13 May at
1:36 am from the GMT time zone (so, unless Ram Ray lives in England) he has
his date (or more likely time zone) set wrong.

The xxxx is the number of hours and minutes you are away from GMT. So look
at the date header of the incoming messages in question and see if they are
correct. All Entourage does is adjust for time zone.
