Dear Entourage/Outlook Express Geniuses,

I thrive on Entourage, but one of our customers is still using Outlook
Express.  He is presently overseas leading a missions team of young people
to Australia, but he e-mailed me asking for desperate help.  He launched OE
from the Apple Launcher and received this message:  "An error occurred while
launching.  An unknown error (4361) occurred."

What can I tell him over e-mail that he can easily do?  Thanks for any
suggestions.
