Glenn Austin sent me a pointer to one of his scripts that goes through all
folders and archives to a single folder. This is giving me something to
look at and get ideas from.

I have never written and AppleScript before, but I am interested in
learning, and this seems to be the itch to get me into it. Code snippets
and suggestions would be great, and if I get stuck then I'll post another
(and another and another... ;-) ) message asking for help. If you or Paul
were interested, I certainly wouldn't complain, but I think I would like
to actually learn how to do this myself.
