I had the same effect on my PowerBook G4 about two minutes before the Steve
Jobs speech. I think my OS realized that I was webstreaming over Airport
while I was sitting in the same room as the speaker (tried it as a gag),
thought I was being silly, and crashed in protest.

When I powered up, it was 1904. Synced with Apple time servers and all was
good. And noted a nice touch -- the presentation started at exactly 9:00:00
AM according to Apple's time servers, so whomever was timing it was using a
very recently synced Mac to run the show.

Best,
