Yep, everything was exactly the same and, in fact, I have never done a
rebuild. I simply tried to sync one day (after many, many successful syncs)
and got the error message.
Actually, I went back and looked at my backups. Inside the "Office 2001
Identies" folder (in Documents), my main identity folder has ALWAYS been
called "Main Identity" and has synced successfully until this week. When I
got the error message, I used the trick you suggested and changed the name
to "Dan Frakes" -- now the folder is also called "Dan Frakes." How it has
been syncing successfully all this time is a mystery.
