I have what I think is a rather unique problem using Entourage and 9.2.1.
My message counts on nested folders will not update unless I manually open
and close each mail folder which kind of defeats the purpose of showing a
message count in the first place.
Yes, I have applied Service Pack I.
As an example:
[EMAIL PROTECTED] (IMAP mailbox)
Inbox (13)
Interests
Water Skiing <-- this level of folders will NOT update counts.
The "nested folders" will not update their counts without manually clicking
to open and close.
I hope this makes sense. Can anyone help?
