Hmmm. A few things you can try (it should be working as you expect): 1) In Tools->Accounts, double-clikc your account and go to the "Options" tab. Make sure the "Check for unread messages in subscribed folders" box is checked. If that doesn't work, try: 2) Emptying the cache for the IMAP account. Control-click on the account in the folder pane of the main window. Select "Empty Cache" from the contextual menu. This will dump all of the cached headers for that account an force them to be re-downloaded to your system.
