Give Entourage as much memory as you have available in Get Info. Trash the Preference file in your affected Identity's folder (within the Office 2001 Identities folder in Microsoft User Data folder in Documents folder) and also the Entourage Preferences file in Microsoft folder in Preferences folder in the OS 9 System Folder.
