1) Is there a way to make global view changes, such that if I decide I don'tTo change any open message window (e.g. Inbox) go to the View menu, then Columns, and select or de-select columns as you want. Those with ticks appear.
need a Connection Status (Not sure of the English for this, since I use
Entourage in Japanese) or Link column in the message viewer, I don't have to
make this change to each folder individually?
2) Is there a way to automatically attach signatures to every email, or even
different signatures to different email addresses?
If I understand your signature question correctly, it is asking how to make a signature. Go to the Tools menu, select Signatures, and make as many as you want, naming them the way you want.
