That would be me. Now, honestly, though, while these are all good pieces of advice, particularly the SR1 upgrade which helps a lot, but requirements such as giving huge amounts of RAM to Entourage to help the recovery are certainly not within everyone's reach. While Entourage has made significant leaps and progress in terms of improvements, I would hope that some future upgrades permit more thourough recovery, with a less huge memory footprint.
