It depends on the kind of E-mail you get. I leave network access on because
I want to see the graphics in HTML mail from trusted sources. I can nearly
always tell junk mail that is flagged by the Junk Mail Filter, and click the
message line with Preview turned off so nothing is loaded--at which time I
run my Spam Report script to report it and then permanently delete it.

And I guess I do have "accept all cookies" set; I've never experienced any
problems I'm aware of.
