Hi, I decided to reinstall my whole system,　and before doing so I moved my entire Microsoft User Data to a USB hard drive. My system is back on line now, but but I can't get my identity back onto Entourage.
When I just move the back-up User Data file from the backup hard drive onto the current one and in the correct place, where I thought Entourage would recognize it seemlessly, it crashes with a Type 2 error every time I try to start up Entourage. If I take the Messages file out it works, but obviously that doesn't do me a lot of good. Next I tried the Import command from within Entourage, but it wouldn't recognize the files anyway I tried. I tried using the import Mbox files, but it does't recognize what I have as Mbox files. The Info command shows that they are 'Entourage Documents'. I did change my identity slightly from the way my hard drive was. I changed my user name and password. But, that shouldn't block Entourage recognizing the messages, right? Anyone know how to do it?
