We all hate Palm Desktop scripting because it's simply horrible. Perhaps Allen will have a go if he's going to be in Palm Desktop. Here's what I can offer: My Export scripts will get all - or just recent (via a Custom View) - Contacts, Calendar Events, Tasks and Notes into a text file with a header row. If Palm Desktop can import from a tab-delimited text file (or from Excel) then you'll have everything ready. Otherwise you'll have to find some sucker willing to try scripting PD to import from the text file (or an Excel Worksheet or document). Check the PD add-ins pages - maybe someone has written such a utility already. For PD to Entourage, such as Allen wants: If you can get Palm (or any other program) to export as a tab- or comma-delimited text file, I will have instructions in my Export Entourage ReadMe how to get them into Entourage. You will drag the files into Excel, add and remove certain columns according to my instructions, export from Excel as another tab-delimited text file, then use my Import scripts to import Contacts, Calendar Events, Tasks and Notes. Contacts can import from the File/Import menu item, but won't import categories.
