My wife is FINALLY accepting that she should leave AOHell behind.
Intolerable server sluggishness (which in OS 9 somehow leaves her Mac
paralyzed because of the program's decidedly UNcooperative approach to
cooperative multitasking), and an address book that frequently forgets some
of her added data (typically in the freeform notes field) have pushed her to
her limit.

I've shown her Entourage and promised to help her get started. Is there a
"dummies" type book for Entourage 2001?

Can the AOL 5.0 database (mail and addresses) be exported to a text file,
massaged, and brought into Entourage? I can't see that that address database
can even be PRINTED (a "select all" with the address book window open
selects just the first field of the database in all entries).

I apologize if this has been covered here before. Thanks in advance for any
responses.
