I have an email that I send to clients.  I keep it in the "Draft" folder.  I then copy and paste the contents into the individual client email.  The heading of this draft email is in bold and is centered.  When I cut and paste, it loses that formatting.  Any way to keep the formatting? (or suggestion on a better way to manage this function?)

Also, the draft email is in Mishikawa font, which seems to be the standard.  After I cut and paste, I to want to get access to be able to make the font bold.  To do that, I click on the ab<->ab button. When I do, it switches the whole email to Verdana font, medium.  How can I get all email functions to default to Mishikawa?
