It will clear itself, but if you really have to clear the address, add it to your address book and mark it as Junk. Any message marked as Junk (either by you or the Junk Mail Filter) will not be added to the MRU list. Entourage autofills from both the address book and the recently-used list. It gives a priority weighting to those addresses you send to and receive from the most. These entries are harmless. They never show up in your Address Book, only in the auto-fill list. Also, Entourage automatically selects the address you will most likely want to send to based on the text you've already typed. The MRU list remembers the most recent 200 email addresses and sorts them "intelligently." So, the more you send emails to John Doe, the more likely he is to pop up on the top of your list. -- Diane Ross Microsoft MVP for Entourage/OE Macintosh Email Resource Page <http://www.macemail.com/> -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
