The Japanese version of X is finally due out in a couple days, so I have been thinking hard about implementation. Like many users, I am a single user with a laptop and a desktop. I usually have both connected at the same time over a single cable modem with a USB hub to the Internet. I know that Office X precludes the same program from being operated by two machines on the same network, but does this include the Internet as a whole? (In other words, is it a decision between laboriously disconnecting one machine at a time and forking over another several hundred dollars, or does sanity prevail?)
