 Paul-

Don't give up on me yet (I think I am one of the 7)- I was out of the office
for a few days and I was stymied by the problem of Personal Organizer using
separate columns for time and dates. When I merged the two columns (date and
time), it merged alright but left carriage returns so that one event became
two lines and when I tried to use Excel's replace, it would not delete the
carriage returns. Word, once I changed the preferences to show the carriage
returns, would delete them but would also delete the ones between rows and
it all would become one long sentence. Since the return always came after
the date which ended with a year, I only replaced carriage returns when they
were preceded by a 99 (1999),0 (2000) 1, 2 etc and replaced with the same
number but no carriage return. So I think I am ready to try your import
script, finally.

Thanks for being patient with me Paul.
