My son and daughter-in-law asked me (the Entourage "expert") this, and I couldn't answer it, so I said I'd send it off to the real experts. The two of them have one copy of Entourage (2001, although I doubt it matters for this question). Each of them has a separate identity, and each of them has a Palm, which they sync with their E'rage identities. Sometimes, but not always, they'd like to be able to "share" an entry. For instance, if one of them makes a doctor's appointment for their daughter, either one might be taking her to it and so they'd like that to be on both of their calendars. Or if they do a grocery list (they claim that they do! :-)), they'd like it as a note in both identities so whoever goes to the store will have it. So, they'd like to have some way when either one makes an entry to be able to "flag" it to be automatically entered in the other identity as well. I wondered if there might be some way to have a category that would be exported and then imported when they switched identities? Anyone have any ideas on this?
