(I guess this is not an Entourage issue but...) I have the same problem.
None of the suggestions on the intuit web page mentioned below work for me.
I found that if I change the type to TEXT (from BINA or whatever it starts
as), using an application such as Xfiles, it can then be read by Quicken.
