When I control+click (I assume the same thing as right clicking), there is an open attachment menu option, but it always launches the Mac OS X address book application. Double clicking also launches the Mac OS address book. There is no contextual menu option to choose the application. And as far as I can tell, no preferences setting that pertains to this. How do I make double-clicking the .vcf file create a new Entourage X contact record instead?
