Make sure that the previous data (the entire folder containing your identity) is put in the "Office 2001Identites" folder in the "Microsoft User Data" folder. Then, start up Entourage and select "Change Identity" from the file menu (it may be called something slightly different - I'm running vX and typing form memory!)
