I have these problem that PC user, mostly corporate emails uses RTF format because they need to highlight it with color to draw attention to some important notes on the message. As a result, I have been receiving their messages with attachment. After my complain to them receiving messages in attachment, they send me message in plain text which obviously I have no problem opening it but cannot see the highlighted(color) messages for my attention. They mainly uses MS Outlook with MS Exchange patches for Compuserve account.
They also seem to have problem reading my messages sent in html format. They said that they will receive it as attachment files and for some people, sometime cannot even open it. I wonder if they can use the option to use Word as email editor and send using html format will work for me to all those highlights(color) text. I did ask one of them to try once but I got mix up with other test that I got confuse with the result. Sometime I also needs to send messages with color highlights to draw their attention to some point but most do have problem with the opening the message in attachment. How should I advice them or what should I do so that we can view each others messages(in each different platform) with color highlighted messages? I will really appreciate all the advice from the expert here. Thanks in advanced!
