You've got to be careful with the time adjustment option.  I've found that I
can only create events with a different time zone if I will be in that time
zone when the event occurs. Otherwise, what happens is that I find that the
event appears in my calendar at the time that is current in the place where
I was when I created the event.

In English ....

I'm in New York and I create a dinner appointment for an evening next week
when I will be in Los Angeles at a trade show.  When I get to Los Angeles, I
adjust my system clock with the date/time control panel.  The event in the
calendar does not take note of the system change, is just adjusts itself
backward from the current time.

The feature needs work.  Be careful.
