That's just it. Handspring doesn't say what the problem is. Some are guessing it's the conduit manager, others say it's the update Palm tries to install (and therefore it's just the install conduit), others say It's the application. Many say they're using it with Visors with no problem. Who knows, and Handspring's not talking. They're just saying "don't use it." So any problem reported to Handspring, no matter how significant or not significant they're just going to come back with "don't use it." I wrote Handspring asking for an ETA of when they'll have an OS X version of their modified software and the answer I got was that they had no date. I'm very, very disappointed in Handspring which up until now had the reputation as being the most Mac friendly of the PDA manufacturers. It's the reason I bought a Visor in the first place 2 years ago. My next PDA will not be a Handspring. If I'm going to be treated like a second class citizen, I might as well get a PDA with an upgradeable OS. -- Judi Sohn [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.momathome.com -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
