Paul, First, while I have a "junk" folder, it's empty. I use no rules to move messages *anywhere*. My "experiment" was to run the Junk Mail Filter on a mail folder on "My Computer". AFAIK, my Junk Mail Filter hasn't moved any messages.
I am absolutely positive that I have no rules enabled which move messages. My preference for "automatically match message categories to senders' categories" is enabled. However, I opened my address book and asked to view contacts whose "Category is Junk", and no contacts were displayed. To my knowledge, I have never set contacts to the "Junk" category. So, what d'ya think? Thanks! -- Jim On 2002-04-24 10:34 AM, "Paul Berkowitz" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > Are you absolutely sure that you have no Rule anywhere which moves messages > to your Junk folder when they have the criterion > > Is junk > > ?
