It _should_ be possible by macro/VBA. But "Print to PDF" is only available
on the mac, only in Word X, not in any Windows version, not even Word XP. So
chances are that there is no VBA code for it. But you still may be able to
do it by a vbDialog method that "works" the menu. For Word questions, you
should ask at the newsgroups - usually microsoft.public.mac.office.word. But
for VBA you might have to go to microsoft.public.word.vba.general.
