Try Entourage Email Archive X at http://www.softhing.com/eeax/info.html - I just used it a couple of weeks ago to archive 22000 messages in my MUD folder; it was giving me problems even after a rebuild... As long as you can open Entourage, this will work... And it can save the messages as plain text, rtf, and FM Pro DB format... Works well, not flashy... Good product... No relation other than satisfied user.
