I know there were some early problems with emptying the deleted items
folder. I seem to recall at some point that you had to run the schedule two
or three times for it to get all the messages deleted, and that this was
fixed at some point: not sure if that was in E2001 or EvX. I know that it is
working fine for me in EvX, and in fact there are times I wish it would ask
me before running because I'm in a hurry and have 200+ messages to be
deleted....
So, Dan, I'm not sure why you have this problem. One thing is fairly sure:
There are not going to be a lot more fixes to E2001! So my guess is that
what you got is what you got, and you'll need to live with it (as you seem
to have been doing!).
