They don't, but many seem to be using it with success. The main issue seems to be the fact that Palm Desktop 4.0 comes with an additional Palm OS update that isn't compatible with the version of Palm OS that Handspring licenses from Palm. When Palm Desktop tries to synch it tries to upload the latest update to the handheld which can't accept it and the synch dies. The workaround seems to be to remove the "v3.5.3 Update" folder from the "Palm OS Updates" folder in the main Palm folder. -Remo Del Bello -- Do not meddle in the affairs of sysadmins, for they are subtle and quick to anger. -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
