When it comes, proceed with caution. Remove the Palm OS updates, which won't work with the Visor. Unless Microsoft or Handspring officially says everything is OK (and currently Handspring is just saying the current Palm conduit isn't supported--even though it works for most people), you will need to be careful. If you have Backup Buddy (a GREAT program, but not on OS X yet, you'd need to boot off OS 9 to use it) or a Visor backup module, back up EVERYTHING before trying the Entourage conduit, in case it does not work, crashes part way through, etc. Back up your Microsoft User Data folder as well, in case the Entourage database gets screwed up (I lost contacts from mine). One possible way to "back up" would be to hot sync first with Palm Desktop. Then, move the Palm conduits out, move the Entourage conduit in, and hot sync to Entourage. If the Palm gets hosed, you can recover by switching back to the Palm conduits and syncing using "Palm Desktop overwrites handheld", or however they word it. > > 2. You say "its in accounts" and that you can receive on both accounts, and then you say the comcast account didn't work. Which is it? Can you receive mail from comcast? You may need to go to comcast's web site and look for information in their help section on setting up your E-mail client.
