No: "Convert Imports X" is the one that will both convert received messages (what Entourage thinks those are) to Sent messages (what you want), and also gives you the option to set the account of real received messages to the account of the email address, if that's what you want. "Restore As Received X" is in case you've been over-zealous and accidentally set real received messages as sent messages with the Convert script, and want to restore them back to received messages. Nope: just select all the messages in each folder that you want converted to Sent messages, and use "Convert Imports X" on them. My ReadMe was getting too large (it hit 200 pages as a book in Word at one point) so I cut it back drastically to make it more readable and useable.. Is there another repository? No. I just remember Barry saying he had used a script to convert his sent messages to sent format after importing them from Eudora.
