You can put whatever you want as the 'Email address' in an account; that's
what will show as the 'from' address. At least, I do this with a 'fake'
account I use from home for sending email as though I sent it from my work
address. It's a send-only account as I can't access the account at work
(email from there is forwarded by a rule in Outlook).
