I was enjoying Entourage v.X under 10.2 about as much as I enjoyed System 6! It was sluggish and slow and I grew to accept the fact that I had to relax to enjoy its many perks. I (was) on a TiBook 500, 512 MB RAM, factory 20 GB hard drive. Last week I increased the RAM to 768 and noticed small improvements all around, nothing earth-shattering. Then the other day I put in an IBM Travelstar 40GNX hard drive...5400 rpm compared to the stock 4200 rpm, more elbow room in the storage area. http://www.googlegear.com/jsp/ProductDetail.jsp?ProductCode=100416 What a difference it's made! Entourage has become a whole new program. It's fast, it's useable, it's enjoyable again. Things actually happen in real time. I would highly recommend a faster drive.
