Title: New Identities
If I am changing jobs but, on occasion, may still need to refer to old email and addresses, what is the best means for maintaining separate email systems? I assume I could create an additional identity with a new ISP login and import certain email addresses from the old ID to the new one. But if in the near future, I will not likely need to refer to email in the first ID, then would it make more sense to keep the two systems more separated than as two identities in the same Erage program? Are there any drawbacks to having two IDs under the same roof so to speak (e.g. processing speed and data backup time)? I have Erage 2001 on 9.2.2 iMac.

Also, what are the ramifications for synchronizing with my Palm m515? If I go with two IDs, should I rename my current Erage (and Palm) ID name from “Marc” to “Jim”, and then create the second ID as “Marc” in order to synch with the “new” ID successfully? Any known issues or warnings? I hope I’m describing this clearly enough as I need to make certain the switch-over works from the start. Thanks for any help!
