Unfortunately there are some firewalls (or rather dense network admins) that
don't allow SOCKS to go through, and in which case the tunnel protocol that
E'rage uses is worth its weight in Gold (and it's also currently one of the
only things that differentiates it in a worthwhile fashion from mail.app).

When looking for 'tunnel protocol' there are a variety of versions that pop
up on a search, so I was curious which one E'rage supports.
