No one folder; you have to look both at the system level
(BootDrive/Library/...) and the user level (~/Library/...) where "~"
represents your "Home" folder. Within both library folders, look in these
folders:

PreferencePanes
StartupItems

Finally, and really the main place, run System Preferences, select Login
Items. I see you have already done that...

I strongly agree with Barry: DELETE THEM ALL. The next run of Entourage will
replace the right one. This may be your problem.
