I have just discovered the power of categories.  Entourage is capable of using a vast number of categories and assigning the same task more than one category.

Is there anyway, actually any palm application, that I can use so that I won’t lose the categories if I use a great number of them and assign more than one to a task?

Is there any limit to the number of categories that Entourage can have?

I am using Entourage for OSX.
