Hello Group; A lot of good e-mail that we get gets classified as junk and a lot of junk mail gets classified as good e-mail. The nature of our business means that we get a lot of new people sending us what Rules thinks of as suspicious e-mails. There are 5 of us using this computer, not counting when we are on the road. We agree that it would be much simpler and better if each one of us gets rid of the suspicious e-mails as they appear. The problem is, of course, that these bad junks e-mails nest within the ones we want to keep.
Long story short; is there a way to grab just the e-mails you want without opening them -or- the next message after the ones you have chosen? Netscape Communicator did this so well. The end result is that each message can be treated individually; no bad e-mail opened unnecessarily. Is there a way to put a check box, if nothing else, to highlight the message one wants to do something with? Thank you, Nicholas. MacOS 9.2.1.
