I would change the second line of the rule to state that "if the _sender_ is
not in address book", rather than the recipient, since you appear to be the
recipient and would probably be in your own address book.

Not sure about this one, except that you should just check the spelling and
whether it is case sensitive, i.e. X-YaooFilteredBulk instead of all lower
case.  You probably already did that, but I mention it just in case.
