Thanks for the advice, I am unable to delete the message because as soon as the pointer goes over the msg the error pops up. I have removed the preview pane but still have the same problem.Is this IMAP?
The second part of you mail I am unable to do because when I start up Entourage with the option key held down it just starts without giving an option to do anything else?
Quitting the daemon, is that removing the Entourage entry from the Login in system preferences? If it is, then I did that before restarting Entourage, if it isn't then how do I quit the daemon?
