4362 error on one mail

Title: 4362 error on one mail

Hi,

I have just subscribed as I have a problem that is beyond my limited MAC experience, that doesn't take a lot!!

I use Entourage and have received a mail that displays the following error when  the pointer passes over it.

The action could not be completed
An unknown error (4362) occurred

I cannot delete the mail as the error is displayed as soon as the pointer goes over the message, and have to click OK on the msg before I can do anything else in Entourage.  

I have followed the fix of adding the line of scrip “tell application "Microsoft Database Daemon" to quit “
to the scrip editor and saving it then removing the entries from the login in system preferences but I still have the same problem.
Also all the messages below the corrupt mail are not visible until they are clicked on.

Any one able to help a MAC novice...
