According to a chart of Mac OS Error Codes I found on the web
(<http://www.usc.edu/isd/doc/os/mac/consult/oserrors.html>), a -192 error
means "Resource not found". Not very informative. However, it is some kind
of system error, and leads me to suspect some sort of database problem. You
may need to do the advanced rebuild. Say "no" to the standard rebuild
question when you launch holding the option key, and it will offer the
advanced option.

The advanced rebuild loses track of most of the Links you have made in the
database, but no data is lost. Let us know if your -192 error comes back
after you try it.
