G'day, Is there some documentation somewhere that'll explain to me how EntourageX sorts entries?
I am a tad confused, as I have a number of entries with Company info only (i.e. no personal info in the contact) that do not seem to sort alphabetically either by name or by company. Does it have something to do with the amount of info in the contact? For example, some of these have only the company name and a telephone number, while others may have full address information.
