You can't. Forget about that method. If you're really desperate you could
write  a script to determine if the front window is a draft window (i.e. new
message window ) and, if so, to 'set selection to "  !@#$%^&* "'. Run it
from a schedule every 1 minute. Every minute it will insert that thing, so
when she inadvertently sends the message, with spell-checking on send on, it
will get intercepted by the spell-checker. If she is sending it for real,
she just has to delete "  !@#$%^&* "  in the spell box and click "Change
All" and off it goes.
