One of the biggest interface problems with Entourage, IMHO, is that the
buttons are not in the same place in different contexts. The Delete button
is on one place on an incoming message, then when you reply, it moves. Same
for most of the buttons. I cannot understand why this is so inconsistent. I
do understand that the same buttons are not needed, but there should be
wider and narrower buttons to compensate. Or at least the ones that are the
same should stay in the same place.
